An opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join the Residential Property department in Holsworthy.  The award winning team work throughout Cornwall and Devon providing a personal bespoke service to clients, combining the newest technology with traditional professional standards of personal attention and service.

This vacancy offers an excellent opportunity for a 3-year PQE fee earner to build on an existing desk within the established team at Holsworthy.  The successful applicant must be proficient in all areas of residential conveyancing.

In addition to routine fee earning work the successful candidate will be expected to drive forward business development opportunities and contribute to department performance by supporting initiatives to take the practice into the future.

A challenging, varied and busy role in a growing firm awaits the right candidate.

HOURS: Full Time, 35 hours Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
