The Society’s Annual Dinner took place on Friday 24th February at a new venue and in a different format.

With a red carpet lined with tea lights, guests were greeted at the Headland Hotel & Spa with a welcome drink before dining in the hotel’s ballroom.  Whilst diners enjoyed their meal, a magician visited guests’ tables to show some amazing close-up magic.  Following the meal, there was dancing to Paul Rees’ Ocean Disco and it was good to see so many on the dance floor.  From the responses received via email and letters to the President, those present had a very enjoyable evening and overall the changes were approved of.
