The effect of EU Succession Regulation on drafting English Wills
Aim:
To inform practitioners of the scope and application of the EU Succession Regulation as it impacts on the drafting of English Wills and consider some practical matters to discuss with clients and include in their Wills 
Learning Outcomes – By the end of this session participants will
– Have understood the impact of the EU Succession Regulation on the drafting of English Wills;
– Be equipped to discuss the salient points with clients; and
– Be able to review their drafting appropriately 

Drafting Wills for Vulnerable People
Aims:
To focus busy practitioners on the needs & requirements of vulnerable people when preparing Wills and stimulate critical interest in the challenges which recent changes have on every day practice
Outcome:
Participants will have reflected on the practical difficulties and so be prepared for tough cases

Aims:
To strengthen the busy practitioner’s understanding of the key issues when drafting Wills for business owners and to review the impact of that Will for tax and estate administration purposes on death 

Outcome:
Participants will be prepared to engage with business owners in drafting their Wills and supporting their families during estate administration
